  5. Your physical or electronic signature (typed or scanned).

Send the complete notice to our designated DMCA agent at the contact information provided below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Once we receive a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • Notify the user who posted the content and provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice.
  • Take reasonable steps to prevent repeat infringement.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA claim, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  1. Identification of the removed content and its original location.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  4. Consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your area (if outside the U.S., consent to jurisdiction where Novam News operates).
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original claimant. If they do not file a legal action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringers Policy

Novam News reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We maintain a record of DMCA violations and may suspend or ban users who repeatedly post infringing content.

Limitation of Liability

Novam News acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for user-posted content. We comply with DMCA takedown requests but assume no liability for any alleged infringement before removal.
