Counter-Notice Procedure

  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original claimant. If they do not file a legal action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringers Policy

Novam News reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We maintain a record of DMCA violations and may suspend or ban users who repeatedly post infringing content.

Limitation of Liability

Novam News acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for user-posted content. We comply with DMCA takedown requests but assume no liability for any alleged infringement before removal.
